Purpose
You can add to the request HD users (for example your colleges) by inviting them via email.
The invitee will receive an email that may look like this:

Solution
- Login to the JIRA application as an administrator;
- Go to Help Desk administration menu > Notification;
- Fill in the fields for the Subject and Body of the email. If you work in other languages, you have the option to customize the text according to the user's language.
- You can use the field values from the requests in the email. Write the name of the field adding " % " to it (for example %issueSummary%).
- Email formatting is available via HTML
