Release Summary
We changed HelpDesk notifications mechanism, made it more powerful and flexible.
New Features
- HelpDesk notifications about attachments now include a link for the attachment download. No need to log in to HelpDesk, download the attachment directly from email.
- New notification mechanism. Administrator can set on HelpDesk Notifications for chosen JIRA Projects. Then Issue Reporter will receive HelpDesk notification (wth HelpDesk links) on following events:
- Issue created
- Issue updated (including status or assignee change)
- Issue commented
Fixed Bugs
- bugs with restoring user password through HelpDesk
- bugs with Security Level. Recently HD user have access to issues by direct links according to their Security Levels.
- bug with direct HD link to an issue.
- In case HelpDesk user doesn't have Issue Create permission for any project, then there will be no "Create issue" button in HelpDesk portal for him/her.
