Track money

CRM makes it possible to manage Sales via JIRA.

To do that you need to create and setup a separate JIRA projects for Sales, where each JIRA issue is a one Sale with some customer.

Each Sale takes steps from potential to archived, each Sale may have an order list, list of money transactions, and as any JIRA issue will have activity history, comments and so on.

In the near future we plan to implement a pre-installed Sale project in CRM, but until then your CRM administrator should do it singly.

There is a step by step plan:

1.Create a project Sale

Create a separate JIRA project "Sale" with one type of issue "Sale". It can be any business type of JIRA projects, Let's say Process Management.

2. Set Sale fields

Set all custom fields that you may need in your Sales, including such fields from CRM as CompanyContactsTransactions, Products.
