CRM makes it possible to manage Sales Deals via JIRA.

To do that you need to create and setup a separate JIRA projects for SalesDeals, where each JIRA issue is a one Sale Deal with some customer.

Each Sale Deal takes steps from potential to archived, each Sale may Deal may have an order list, list of money transactions, and as any JIRA issue will have activity history, comments and so on.

In the near future we plan to implement a pre-installed Sale project Deal project in CRM, but until then your CRM administrator should do it singly.

There is a step by step plan:

1.Create a

Create a separate JIRA project "SaleDeal" with one type of issue "SaleDeal". It can be any business type of JIRA projects, Let's say Process Management.
