CRM Section Location

If you have the permission to access CRM, you will see the relevant link on the upper panel of your Jira:

Content: Directories

The CRM section contains the list of directories in the left collapsible menu, you can see only those you granted access to. By default, the first available directory will be opened.

The list usually consists of the following directories:

• Companies
• Contacts
• Products
• Transactions
• Budget
• Directories (those may vary according to the settings)
• Reports:
  • CRM Products Report
  • CRM Worklog Report
